データの保存と管理
ローカルデータ
- ゲーム結果、プロフィール情報、統計データは主にお客様のデバイス内に保存されます
- Core Data を使用してローカルデータベースで安全に管理されます
- データの暗号化により、第三者からのアクセスを防止しています
Firebase Analytics
- アプリの使用状況、パフォーマンス改善のため匿名化された統計データを収集
- 個人を特定できる情報は収集しません
- データは Google の厳格なセキュリティ基準に従って管理されます
家族での利用について
本サービスは家族での利用を想定しており、以下の配慮を行っています：
- 複数のプロフィール（最大6人）を個別に管理
- 年齢に応じた適切なプライバシー保護
- 家族間でのデータ共有は利用者の操作による明示的な場合のみ
利用停止などの対応方針
本サービスでは、ユーザーの個人情報に関する利用停止や消去の要求に対して、可能な限り迅速かつ適切に対応することを心がけています。しかしながら、個人開発者としてのリソースの制約上、以下のガイドラインに基づいて対応いたします。
- ユーザーからの個人情報に関する利用停止や消去の要求は、それぞれ慎重に検討します。ただし、サードパーティサービス（例: Google Firebase Analytics）の制約により、特定のデータにアクセスや直接的な管理が困難な場合があります。
- 要求が本サービスの提供や機能に関連しない、または明らかに不適切なものであると判断した場合、個別の対応を行うことなく、要求を受け付けないことがあります。このような決定をした場合、個別の通知は差し控えさせていただくことがあります。

サードパーティサービスのデータ
本サービスでは、サービスの分析と改善を目的として、Google Firebase Analyticsなどのサードパーティサービスを利用しています。これらのサービスにより収集される情報は、主にアプリの使用状況やデバイスに関するものであり、直接的にユーザーの個人情報を収集または管理することはありません。
ユーザーからの個人情報の利用停止や消去の要求があった場合、これらのデータに対する直接的なアクセスや管理権限を持っていないため、個別のデータの削除を保証することは困難であることをご理解ください。

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use フラッシュ暗算 - FlashCalcPro (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) and the choices you have associated with that data.

Local Data
- Game results, profile information, and statistical data are primarily stored within your device
- Securely managed using Core Data local database

- Data is managed according to Google’s strict security standards
Family Usage Considerations
This Service is designed for family use and includes the following considerations:
- Individual management of multiple profiles (up to 6 people)

- Data sharing between family members only occurs through explicit user actions
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We are committed to responding to user requests regarding the use, suspension, or deletion of personal information as quickly and appropriately as possible. However, due to resource constraints as an individual developer, we operate under the following guidelines:
- Requests from users regarding the suspension or deletion of personal information will be carefully considered on a case-by-case basis. However, due to constraints of third-party services (e.g., Google Firebase Analytics), it may be difficult to access or directly manage certain data.
- If a request is deemed unrelated to the provision of our Service or its functionality, or is clearly inappropriate, we may decline to process the request without individual response. In such cases, we may refrain from providing individual notification.
- Our Service respects valuable feedback and requests from users and strives to improve the app. However, please understand that there are limitations to responding individually to all requests.
- When suspension or deletion is difficult or would incur significant costs, we may implement alternative measures to protect user rights and interests. We will provide information about such alternative measures to users whenever possible.
Third-Party Service Data
Our Service uses third-party services such as Google Firebase Analytics for the purpose of analyzing and improving the service. Information collected by these services primarily relates to app usage and device information, and does not directly collect or manage users’ personal information.
Please understand that when users request the suspension or deletion of personal information, it is difficult to guarantee the deletion of individual data as we do not have direct access or management authority over this data.

対象年齢
本サービスは4歳以上のお客様を対象としています。13歳未満のお子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。
サービスの利用
許可される利用
- 個人的、非商業的目的での本サービスの利用
- 学習・教育目的での利用
- 家族での共有利用（プロフィール機能の範囲内）
- ゲーム結果の保存およびアプリ機能の意図された使用
禁止される利用
- 違法または未承認の目的での本サービスの利用
- 本サービスの改変、配布、または派生物の作成
- 本サービスまたはそのシステムへの不正アクセスの試み
- 他のユーザーのプロフィールやデータへの不正アクセス
免責事項
学習効果について
- 本サービスが提供する学習機能は一般的な脳トレーニング効果を意図しています
- 個人の学習成果や能力向上を保証するものではありません
- 学習効果には個人差があることをご理解ください
- 教育的効果については、専門的な学習指導の補完的な役割として位置付けてください
サービスの可用性
- 本サービスの維持に努めますが、中断のない利用を保証するものではありません
- 予告なく本サービスを変更または停止する場合があります
- アプリの更新により機能や仕様が変更される場合があります
責任の制限

サービスの提供について
- 本サービスは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供され、正確性、完全性、信頼性について一切保証いたしません
- 本サービスの中断、停止、終了について責任を負いません
ゲーム結果・統計について
- 本サービスが提供するゲーム結果や統計データは参考値であり、正確性を完全に保証するものではありません
- ゲーム結果の算出エラー、統計データの不正確性によるお客様の不利益について一切責任を負いません
- 学習成果の測定や評価は参考程度にとどめ、正式な能力測定については専門機関にご相談ください
データについて
- 保存されたゲームデータ、プロフィール情報、統計データの消失、破損、アクセス不能について責任を負いません
- アプリの更新、端末の変更、OS変更等によるデータ損失について責任を負いません
- データのバックアップは利用者の責任で行うものとします
- 家族間でのデータ共有におけるトラブルについて責任を負いません
包括的免責
- 本サービスの利用により生じた直接的、間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的損害について、理由の如何を問わず一切責任を負いません
- 当社の総責任は、お客様が本サービスに対して支払った金額（無料アプリの場合はゼロ）を超えないものとします
- 学習効果、教育効果、能力向上効果についての期待と実際の結果との相違による損害について責任を負いません
知的財産
本サービスおよびその独自のコンテンツ、機能、および機能性は当社が所有し、国際的な著作権、商標、およびその他の知的財産法によって保護されています。

Description of Service
フラッシュ暗算 - FlashCalcPro is a flash mental arithmetic learning and brain training application that helps users memorize and calculate numbers displayed momentarily. Through a progressive difficulty system, it supports improvement of mental calculation abilities and concentration regardless of age.
Age Requirements
This Service is intended for users aged 4 and above. For children under 13, parental consent is required for use.
Use of the Service
Permitted Use
- You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You may use it for learning and educational purposes
- You may share it with family members (within the scope of profile functionality)
- You may save game results and use the app’s features as intended
Prohibited Use
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- You may not attempt unauthorized access to other users’ profiles or data
Disclaimers
Learning Effects
- The learning features provided by the Service are intended for general brain training effects
- We do not guarantee individual learning outcomes or ability improvement
- Please understand that learning effects vary among individuals

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

Service Provision
- The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or reliability
- We are not liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
Game Results and Statistics
- Game results and statistical data provided by the Service are reference values and we do not guarantee complete accuracy
- We assume no responsibility for disadvantages caused by calculation errors in game results or inaccuracies in statistical data
- Measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes should be considered for reference only; consult professional institutions for formal ability assessment
Data
- We assume no responsibility for loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of saved game data, profile information, or statistical data
- We are not liable for data loss due to app updates, device changes, OS updates, etc.
- Data backup is the user’s responsibility
- We are not liable for troubles arising from data sharing among family members
Comprehensive Disclaimer
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, regardless of the cause
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero for free apps)
- We assume no responsibility for damages due to discrepancies between expectations and actual results regarding learning effects, educational effects, or ability improvement effects

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
